Tom Montague started Tom's Body Shop in 1975 to offer the people of Marshall, and the surrounding areas, quality collision repair done locally. Tom has provided great customer service for over 35 years. Our repair team knows how valuable your vehicle is, and how inconvenient is is to be without it. Tom's Body Shop is over
12,000 square feet, with more than 9,000 square feet of space dedicated
to the repair facility. From a moped to a 54' trailer, it all fits
inside the building. With state-of-the-art equipment, Tom's can
straighten your vehicle using the latest in Sonar Technology frame
alignment methods and then paint your vehicle and bake the finish in
their 1,000,000 BTU down-draft paint booth. Every piece of equipment
serves to meet the primary goal - to repair and return your vehicle in a
reasonable time frame. Statistics prove that
sometime during the life of your vehicle, you will be involved in an

Several years ago Tom's creative side began to emerge. Tom is a master when it comes to custom painting all sorts of vehicles. Cars, trucks, boats, tractors, RV's... you name it and Tom has probably painted it. With dozens of vehicles out every summer winning awards at car shows for Best Paint, Tom's reputation grows each year. Check out some of the many winners we have on display. Tom's has also built and restored many custom vehicles over the years. Tom's personal "pride and joy" is a fully restored 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda. There have been many others too; a 1967 Dodge Dart GT convertible fitted with a late model 5.7 crate Hemi, a 1965 Mustang Fastback with a Rouch built 450 HP small block, a 1939 Mercury custom with a Camaro roof and window, a restored 1968 Chevrolet Corvette, a 1970 Datsun 240Z - I think you get the idea.
